The Lerryn is a family-run hotel situated 2 minutes' walk from Castle Beach and 10 minutes' walk from Falmouth town centre. Many rooms offer sea views, some with private balconies, and feature free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and en suite bathrooms. Ground floor rooms are available for less able guests. The hotel offers a hearty breakfast, garden, licensed bar, and residents' lounge, with live music and entertainment nearby at the Princess Pavilion.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is fabulous, but the building feels very tired and old, with no coat hanging or blinds on the windows; a mini fridge and fan would have been nice additions.
