The spot is great for Florence, right by the Railway Station and close to the Duomo and other key sights, and breakfast had fresh pastries, bread and juice. The room felt cramped and there was no space to stash our luggage.

The place is spot-on if you’re arriving by train, within walking distance of all the main attractions, and the breakfast was solid. I did wish they’d offer hair conditioner.

The location, décor and staff were all top‑line.

The location was convenient, but I found little black bugs and had to ask for Kleenex, and the bathtub wasn’t scrubbed clean.
