“Bel hôtel, bon petit déjeuner… service en option”
Good location, nice hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. I booked several months in advance for two nights. On Friday I had to keep following up for the deposit payment via an external link (a very unusual procedure). On Saturday morning we were told there would be no hot water on Sunday and that we could cancel, with a promise of a commercial gesture if we kept the reservation. Given the short notice, we decided to stay anyway. In the end there was no commercial gesture and the owner/manager ignored us for two days, making us feel like a nuisance. Considering the price, we just expected a minimum of consideration and professionalism. Hot water was optional, which was also a sign of the service.
