The location is right across from the hospital, but the room felt a bit cramped.

Breakfast and the bar were good, but the booking process was a mess: the staff told me my reservation wasn’t in their “standard system,” so the three rooms I booked didn’t match the descriptions, and although I paid for break, lunch, and dinner for my staff over two days, we only received one break voucher each. The room smelled of mold and dampness, and when I raised the issue at the front desk nothing was done.

The location is convenient and the shuttle service is useful, though they forgot to record my reservation and almost left me out; fortunately the van wasn’t in use and they could retrieve me quickly, but I was disappointed that my booking wasn’t honored as expected. The floor I stayed on was quite smelly and the carpets were rough, indicating the property might need renovations. Customer service was rough, with each interaction unpleasant, making the place feel more like a motel than a hotel, which is surprising given the many positive reviews online.
