The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making for a wonderful stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The hotel's wellness offerings were also impressive, with a wide range of activities to choose from.

The hotel is in a great location. The ladies at the reception are pleasant. The food selection is good. The mattress is very firm. Rooms lack air conditioning. In summer it gets hot enough to collapse.

We didn't have breakfast because we didn't want to stand in line. There was no air conditioning in the room, so at least a mosquito net should have been on the window. There was no minibar, the TV only had Czech channels, cleaning was zero, and at the end we still had to pay for parking!
A cozy, clean little room with a tiny balcony just wide enough for a chair, offering forest views and two lovely llamas outside, plus a broad wellness selection, close to Karlovy Vary, on‑site parking and the option to buy dinner from a menu or buffet (which we didn’t use); however, we only slept there so many details didn’t affect us—there’s a pool but you get less than an hour for free, bathrobes are only available for a fee in the spa, the extensive services are all pricey, the receptionist insisted on cash payments of around 5 000 CZK at checkout (the terminal worked but she was reluctant to use it), and breakfast was average.
