The accommodation is extremely nice for families with children; everything is considered—from swimming, golf, climbing, playing, to football.

The hotel sits in a charming village with no crowds or tourist hubs, just quiet, calm, beautiful little farms and natural scenery. The staff are top‑class, the heated pools are a dream, and the mini zoo—friendly goats, sheep, ponies, and cats—keeps the kids entertained. It’s close to the lift and there’s a nice lake with a playground and picnic spot nearby. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is really nice and modern; the room we had was spacious, with plenty of storage and a separate area for the kids. We can only recommend it—beautiful location, clean, everyone is super friendly, and when it snows the setting is perfect. It’s great for parents with small children, but for teens once the ski season ends it’s less engaging; there’s a well‑equipped area for them but they get bored quickly because no activities are offered. The hotel’s mini‑golf is lovely and a great change of pace for a day, though for a longer stay it could be free. The lunch that came with the all‑inclusive was a bit specialized for the kids and didn’t offer much choice. The afternoon cake was tasty, but we missed a healthier option beyond the fruit that was available. Breakfast had a good selection and it’s clear they focus on local products, though we’ve seen bigger 4‑star buffet spreads elsewhere. Dinner was excellent and the quality is evident, but an alternative menu could be offered since some dishes were quite exotic, which is a common gap in hotels we’ve stayed at. Small night‑lamps to light the hallway and bathroom should become standard in hotels with children.
