“Dirty and run down”
The sheets smelled like armpits even though they had been freshly washed, and on the second night the odor was only slightly better, still reminiscent of a sewer.
The location is great for sure, though the place isn't fancy, so don't expect that level of luxury; the staff were very friendly and awesome.

The location is great, right on kite beach; the room was comfortable with a cool view, and the shower provided hot water.

The hotel sits very close to the beach, the staff were extremely friendly, and the price felt fair for what we received; they even surprised us with a lovely omelette for breakfast that wasn't on the menu. However, the room was not 30 sqm as advertised, and while everything was clean and well maintained, it was a bit more basic than the description implied.
The place is fantastic—right on kite beach, with food, service, cleaning, and overall atmosphere all really good and friendly; I stayed for two weeks and would highly recommend it!
