“We ended up finding a different hotel and didn’t stay there”

Nothing. It was scary and dirty and smelled. When we got to the room it stunk, towels were dirty and 1 towel was even shredded on the end. There were no lights in the parking lot. Everything was dirty, stunk, and scary place to stay should advise people that Richland county pays to let homeless people stay there. It was sketchy as all can be. This hotel should not be rated as a 3 star hotel. The outside screens were broke, the grounds were not kept up. Just a scary place to be

“Disappointing”

The bed was at least clean. The room had leftover dirt on furniture and the floor was not vacuumed. The hot water took 5 minutes to reach the shower, and the water pressure was non‑existent. Overall, the room condition was poor with many repairs needed, and the breakfast was not good either; the eggs had a jello consistency.

“I’ve only stayed at 2 other hotels in Sidney and I liked it there”

The staff were great! Nothing else; it’s a nice hotel.
