Beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent, room was okay, shower had hot water, & price wasn’t bad. I did not know they charged a $50/deposit on top of the payment until after my card was charged. Make sure you read the last paragraph under “Important Details” after the Covid-19 (come on it’s 2026!) information that’s where it talks about the deposit!! Room had a slight mildew smell. When I moved the soap tray in the bathroom there was a bunch of dead gnats under it. I had to wiggle the float to get the toilet to stop running every time it was flushed

The staff were very helpful, and there was nothing else to complain about.

The location was great, close to the freeway and restaurants, and there were no issues.

The breakfast was awful; when we walked in the bed’s comforter was wrinkly and looked like it had never been used, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and the vent in the bathroom had never been dusted.

The bed was comfortable, but the room I was given was up front and very noisy. The whole place smelled like a cigarette chimney. The staff were neither polite nor helpful, the luggage carts were poorly maintained, and breakfast ended too early.
