The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I could upgrade from a mixed dorm to a double room without any trouble. The room had some mold and dampness, and there was no natural light.

The hotel is close to both Gōkamakura Enoden Station and the JR station, and the rooms and bathrooms are spotless. Even though the space is tight, the layout is clever, making it comfortable to stay. There are no other budget-friendly options nearby, so this place offers the best value. They say the breakfast service that cost 1000 yen is no longer running. Before and during my stay, a typhoon and continuous rain made the bedding feel a bit damp, but I still slept well.
