The hotel's attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment was impressive
One of the best things about this hotel was its convenient location – it was close to a lot of different attractions and easy to get around.
Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable
My stay had its ups and downs - the staff were friendly, especially the one who checked me in, and my room was clean and quiet. However, I found the bed to be quite hard and there was a strange smell, which wasn't overpowering but still noticeable, hinting at the use of subpar cleaning products.

The staff were nice and friendly.
“Muy agradable ..!!!”
The staff were very warm and welcoming, even though my stay was brief.
“Disappointed”
In need of better housekeeping. I was charged a lot for one night and, on top of that, woke up very early because they were remodeling or fixing something. There were a whole bunch of mosquitoes in the back entrance. Instead of giving better prices for more nights, they charge more. :/ where's the love for your loyal customers…lol
“This would not be considered a safe location for traveling families or less worldly singles. This should be disclosed.”
The front desk staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent, but it was musty. They kept the incidentals charge, and I consolidated trash and left the room essentially ready to be vacuumed, wiped down, and have linens changed. The manager tried to limit access for my service dog.

The lady at the front desk was amazing and breakfast was good, but the cleanliness was terrible – our shower had long black hair in it, all the light fixtures were dirty, and you need to clean much more, especially all edges.
