The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very good and behaved well, but the hotel still needs cleaning.

Staying at Pavilion Palace Hotel Dubai was a very good experience; the hotel was comfortable, clean, and the service excellent. I especially appreciated Mr. Kishan, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay, always ready to assist and ensuring everything was taken care of.
