“Disappointed, pain point of our trip”

It was just a place to stay, but the construction was complete, no breakfast, no two‑bedroom room I paid for, staff were in a bad spot, and it ruined the night for my daughter’s birthday in Kings Island.

“I feel this was a great choice. Location and comfort was great. Jillian and Danielle were great.”

They were renovating but still gave the essentials, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby plus easy highway access; the only downside was my room was right next to the elevator and the fridge didn’t work properly, but the location makes me want to return.

The price was great for the time, but the place was under construction and that was a real drawback.

I loved the room—it was spotless and super comfy, especially the bed—but because it was a holiday weekend the staff were a bit short, though the ones who were there did a good job looking after guests.

“Thought it was more of an upscale place as a 3 star”

The layout of the room was perfect. The king size been was very comfortable. The stated bar was a 4ft space next to check-in/checkout spot. Only 1 person covers both. Ended up going out for a night cap. The breakfast was pathetic! After the hot foods ran out, that was it! Most was gone after 30 min. Again, ended going out for breakfast. There was a small area for too many to find a table or seat
