A young woman checked us in; she was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was excellent. I didn’t like that we kept getting knocks on our door at random times by random people, could hear people’s conversations through the door and wall, the door didn’t have an extra lock so I didn’t feel safe, and there was no ice machine.

“I unfortunately don’t recommend this place. It was all we can have for the moment. It did not meet my expectations.”

I like the construct of the outside. Very nice. It did not look like the description at all. I did not like that it strongly smelled like cigarettes, the walls were dirty, run down furniture, overall not a tidy place. I don’t recommend. We asked the workers for a blanket for 2 days and we didn’t get it at all

The room didn’t smell bad and the kitchen was handy. The cleaning staff were kind and friendly. There was a terrible smoke smell in the lobby and hallway leading to the room. They only disclosed, once you got to the property, that there was a non‑refundable $29 fee for pets per day. The front‑desk staff were not very friendly.

“I was desperate and paid for it.”

Absolutely nothing. There were stains on the mattress covers, the sofa bed was filthy and the mattress cover looked like someone had bled on it badly. The sofa bed was broken. The floor had a hole where someone had damaged the flooring. The walls, especially in the bathroom, needed to be wiped down.
