The staff were friendly and the breakfast quality was excellent, with courteous service.

The room was nice and spacious with a beautiful view, and the staff were very attentive. I thought the air conditioning didn't keep the room warm enough, and it would be useful to have a towel change service because the towels never dry in the cold, damp climate. The internet/Wi‑Fi was terrible—impossible to work, and I couldn't even stream movies.

The team was friendly, the room pleasant, and the location was perfect for anyone who just wants to stay in Vale dos Vinhedos. Because breakfast was served on a tray in the room and charged separately, we chose to go to a nearby brunch spot instead.
