The staff were super service‑oriented, everything around the area was clean and nice, and the cabin was just as it should be.

“Lidt af en skuffelse.”

Nice breakfast, skilled guides, quick parking, but the staff at check‑in were rude except for one person; poor info about using a walker at the cabin toilets; a grimy smiley when we picked up grill packs; expensive pizzas drenched in grease; and we saw too few animals on the train ride.

Cabin number 5 in Camel Park offered a stunning view, but getting around was a nightmare because of an extremely steep hill that had to be crossed to reach the toilet and the park; staff helped my mobility‑impaired mother up the hill, yet we couldn’t get her to the toilet at night and only managed to bring her down at 10:15 am the next day.

“Kind staff, nice experience to be inside the zoo”

Being inside a zoo was a nice experience, but it wasn’t very comfortable for a large family and the breakfast that was included in the price was very basic.
