The common area was comfy and the lady who was present (when she was) was very kind. One of the cats urinated in my bag; no one was around, so I had to reach out via WhatsApp to a different person than the nice lady—no excuses were offered, no help was provided, and I couldn’t even use the laundry soap; after attempting to wash my bag, everything inside still smells strong and I unfortunately have to discard it.

The place was spotless, right next to the train station and a few restaurants away. They had basic kitchen supplies and water, plus a lovely terrace. The cats were absolutely adorable.

The hosts were super friendly, and you could book tours straight through the hotel. The managers would help you out and keep you informed whenever needed.

The location was good and the value for money was solid. However, there was no reception; only a guard who didn’t speak English.
