“Wasn't the best probably wouldn't stay again the fact there are too many dogs!!!”

The hotel was functional enough. However, there were too many steps to reach the toilet, uneven floors, and the breakfast was awful—overcooked and delayed for over an hour. The kettle in the room didn’t work despite multiple sockets, a floor board had lifted up, raising safety concerns, and dogs in the opposite rooms barked constantly, which was problematic for me because I’m allergic to pet hair and scared of dogs.

“Enjoyable stay”

The location was perfect and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable with a good bed, hair dryer, tea/coffee, iron and ironing board, though it could use a little TLC and the paint was peeling under the window. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options. I brought two granddaughters who loved the pool, making the stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

“Short Stay”

No water available in my room.Unable to keep personal hygiene ,a short and uncomfortable stay.No working TV. I reported the failure of a water supply to reception to be informed maintainnance would be informed.Maintainance should have been on site repairing the fault within a very short time frame.In a Hotel of this star rating water is vital at all times.Due to this poor standard of facility. A goodwill gesture of a partial refund would be appreciated

“Stayed with family. Good sized rooms. Good location”

The location is good, and the entrance and bar area are lovely, but the rooms are clean yet dated.
