Breakfast was just okay, and the room needs updating – things were old and broken, and the tub was in need of replacement.

The location and parking were disappointing, and the hallway was noisy. The breakfast sausage was cold and tasted awful; the pancake machine had to be adjusted constantly and never worked properly. The view from the back where the car was parked was ruined by a homeless guy rummaging through all eight trash cans, eating leftovers and tearing open bags. I had to keep an eye on our vehicle the whole time. Terrible experience!

The location was a bit tricky because it’s downtown Sudbury, but the high police presence made it acceptable.

It was clean and comfortable, yet the parking lot was filled with homeless people and my kids saw a man who might have overdosed.

The room was a great size, the staff were friendly and helpful, but the downtown had homeless folks and the hotel smelled a bit like Currie spice.
