Our room had just been renovated, was nice and functional, and the staff were courteous and available; however, the garage, while useful for keeping the car safe in a mountain pass that drops below zero in winter, looked a bit unsettling, cluttered, and not as clean as the rest of the property.

The view from the garage and ski room was beautiful and we could check in early; the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable, the dinner and breakfast were low quality and overpriced, and late check‑out was not offered.

The location is close to the slopes, the huts, and scenic trails; during peak breakfast hours it might help to have an extra staff member.
