The location is fantastic; you can see the fireworks, and the front desk is very enthusiastic.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and the location was great, but there was a lack of staff.

The hotel is very close to a spot where you can watch the night fireworks—just a 2–3 minute walk—and the cable car is about 5–10 minutes away, so walking is convenient. That’s pretty good for a stay here. The room I booked was right behind the front desk and opposite the elevator, so the noise was a bit annoying, but there weren’t many guests or rooms that day, so it wasn’t too bad; if you can’t sleep well, you probably won’t either.

I liked the location, but the breakfast had to be taken at a nearby restaurant instead of inside the hotel.
