The staff went out of their way to accommodate me, and I enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of choices.

I booked a room with an indoor pool that my daughter loves, but the pool was closed and there was no notice about its closure when I booked the room.

The breakfast was good, but the indoor pool was green and unusable for swimming.

I had a major problem getting my room and demanded a refund. The room was really dirty, had bugs, a moldy, pissy smell, and old, dirty sheets—pictures are available.
