The place was spotless and there were snacks on hand, but someone broke into our room at 2 am, talked, and left; when we asked the front desk the next day the receptionist shrugged and wouldn’t help us find answers, then denied us breakfast because we weren’t on her list even though the website said it was included, so we left without breakfast and didn’t bother the staff.

The staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all; for drinks they charged one euro more per beer than what the menu listed, and the prices had simply changed that day.
