“The Opera House view is terrific if you get it!”

Clean and cozy. Room service is top‑class. The pool is a decent size, clean, with nice showers and changing rooms. It’s a short walk to the Rocks, the Saturday market, the harbour, the opera house, and the train and bus stations. I was double‑charged for the room, but got a quick refund once I noticed. Always double‑check your bank statements!

The Shangri-La is always spotless, super comfy, and a gorgeous place to stay. My husband surprised me with a solo night for my birthday. The hotel spoiled me with a bottle of sparkling wine, a tasty little birthday cake, bumped me up a few floors for a stunning view, and let me check out late. I felt so well taken care of! It's a lovely treat that I’ll probably turn into a yearly birthday tradition.

“Luxurious, feel good, happy and pleasant”

Beautiful view, everything within walking distance, clean rooms, attentive and sweet staff, very luxurious feel. Parking can be difficult to find if you’re driving a rental car.
