“Good Hotel and amazing staff”

The staff were very kind and cooperative, especially shift manager Khushboo and receptionist Amira, who both did their best for the client. I enjoyed the breakfast and praised the staff in that area, particularly the manager. Housekeeping was good, thanks to Vijay K. I called maintenance for the AC many times and they arrived and fixed it without delay. Overall, I liked the hotel’s location and facilities. The curtains in the room were terrible; the sun ☀️ shone in and disturbed my sleep, so they should be fixed to block the light.

“A great hotel at the center of Dubai with friendly and helpful staff!”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room’s corner location was great on Oct. 9; however, some switches, like the water kettle or room light adjustment, were not very intuitive or responsive.
