Casa Franz gave us a genuine Italian feel. It sits just a few steps from Piazza Vittorio Veneto and near restaurants, cafés, bars, and more. The building is large, with high ceilings, a lovely terrace and a shared kitchen. We bought groceries from nearby markets and cooked breakfast and dinners on the terrace. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Everything stayed spotless. The host handed us the keys and helped explain how to use the ceiling fan, A/C, etc. We could walk to all of Tropea’s attractions in the tourist center.

The building sits right in the historic centre and is kept in great condition; the welcome was flawless.
