Everything was beautiful and excellent; the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the person named CHIN who made check‑in and check‑out easy and even upgraded our room smoothly because we were a family staying together. The only drawback is that the hotel is about 40 minutes from the center.

The food was very good and the staff were highly professional and courteous, even handling forgotten items in the room and contacting us to get our address for delivery. The only issue is that the hotel is a bit far from the center.

The staff were friendly and the room offered a nice view, yet the main pool was far away, so we had to use a golf cart, and the mattress was so firm it hurt my back.

The view was great, but the bed mattress felt like a pillow, the bathroom lacked a bidet, and the room phone was dead.
