The spot is in a quiet area near an Oxxo, and the staff were great; they even brought me breakfast early because we were leaving at 6am. The pillows, however, were very hard.

The breakfast is limited but decent. The reception staff left a lot to be desired; on the day we arrived there was a lot of noise from other guests from the reception until after 11pm, and the on‑shift receptionist did nothing. We couldn’t sleep. The next day there was a Christian ceremony or something similar in the social hall, so we couldn’t rest that morning either.

Everything was clean and the room was spacious, but the only outlet that worked was the one in the bathroom.

The staff are very friendly and the location is good, but when they changed my room the air conditioner wasn’t working.
