The construction was terrible, the photos didn’t match the hotel at all, the elevators were broken, and the whole stay was very uncomfortable.

The place was a dump—so many scratches on the walls, room doors, and elevator entrances. It needs an overall paint job—unacceptable! In the room, the bathroom faucet was about to fall off, the refrigerator wouldn’t stay shut, and everything was old, worn out, and needed replacing. Definitely not worth the $250 we paid to stay; it was so shabby.

Nathaniel and Ben were very helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, there appears to be a lot of repair work going on, and the fitness room needs LOTS of upgrades.

“Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.”

I barely stayed for an hour before checking out. The room was filthy: crumbs on the pull‑out bed, stained towels, dirty blankets, and even a vape and a beer cap under the mattress. When I asked for extra blankets, the staff seemed irritated, and the other employee at midnight just shrugged off my concerns.
