“Great Value”

I was greeted by Edward who made me feel right at home, and checking in was quick and hassle‑free. I had planned to travel with someone else but ended up solo, so I was able to downgrade to a studio without any trouble. The wing I stayed in had just been renovated—nice work! It’s close to restaurants, a gas station, the freeway, and shopping, so I’d definitely recommend this place.

The room was pleasant and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were beyond helpful—genuinely engaged and a real highlight. We appreciated our stay there.

“Expected more, got less. Will find somewhere else to stay on next visit.”

The location was convenient for the event I was attending. I had liked the food at the Residence Inn before, but this time it was just microwaved, garden‑variety fare. There seemed to be many homeless people in the hotel, so I didn’t feel safe or comfortable. I wasn’t aware of the $12 daily parking fee, which I discovered only at checkout, and I wasn’t staying at the Ritz Carlton.

The location and cleanliness were good, but the maid service was too late. I finish training at 4 p.m., and the maid arrives around 4–5 p.m.

“Other than my room, I liked the location and the staff was from”

My room 124 had a bathroom that smelled like urine. The property itself was nice, but I didn’t like that maid service was done so late in the day.
