The room was brand‑new and very clean. We were assigned a different room than the one we had booked; I had reserved a bedroom but they gave us separate beds that couldn’t be joined, leaving a large gap between them. The front‑desk lady said something was wrong with the reservation and that we were being lied to. Later, we heard loud noises on the floor twice during the night. In the morning we asked about it, and she again claimed the issue wasn’t with the hotel but with a neighboring one. The problem was on the same floor, and we felt the owner’s attitude was off.
