The staff were very attentive, respectful and friendly, but my room was a bit far away.

Everything was great – the food was good and the location convenient, but the room was a problem: the bed was very uncomfortable, smelled damp, caused allergies for my daughter and me, and two nights before check‑out the toilet overflowed.

The staff were very friendly, there were enough parking spaces, and the food was fine.

I was impressed by the inclusive nature of the hotel, which offered three meals and snacks throughout the day. The proximity to the beach was a bonus, and I enjoyed the pool and air conditioning in my room. However, I had to get creative with charging my devices, as the only outlets were in the bathroom and near the TV. The bed mattress was also quite firm, and I missed having a phone in the room to call for room service.
