The location was excellent, the staff were courteous, and the breakfast had a nice view. The pool and fitness room were mediocre.

Everything was perfect. In one word, I can say everything – cleanliness, breakfast, location, staff, the comforting room, and so on – was excellent.

The location is great, and they offer free tea and coffee 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff are always very friendly, and the reception staff are also very helpful and accommodating. However, the spa had some facilities out of service, and the hammam was run by only one man. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures and doesn’t have the water jets. The breakfast was varied but not tasty.
