Nothing positive. The room was terrible, the AC didn’t cool, the fridge didn’t keep food or water cold, the bed was awful and the pillows even worse, the trash in our room was never taken out and the bathroom trash overflowed until we left, and the receptionist on arrival didn’t help at all with payments or check‑in, even though we were rushing for an event.

Breakfast was fine, but the room was much smaller than the photos on the booking site and I didn’t even know what room I’d be in.

Nothing good; the stay was completely different from what the website advertised, a terrible experience. The window wouldn’t open and the room fan didn’t work.

O ventilador de teto não funcionava, o chuveiro demora muito para esquentar e não tem sinalização de água quente ou fria, a torneira da pia saiu na minha mão, e a limpeza do box do banheiro deixou muito a desejar. Não tem cortina, a janela esta quebrada. Já falei acima
