Breakfast was a bit pricey and hardly differed from the free breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express; I was disappointed that the pool shown online was missing.

The front‑desk team were very kind and helpful, fixing a room mix‑up quickly; both the hotel and the rooms were clean, which matters a lot to me.
