“Very bad hotel, they did not give our booked room. They are frauds.”
The beds were decent, but the price didn’t match. We booked a room with a double and a single bed, yet when we arrived the reservation was denied and we were given a different room that had only a double bed and no balcony. It wasn’t clean, the sheets were dirty, so we slept without them. We even spotted a cockroach in the bathroom, and the water didn’t drain into the sink for minutes. No soap, shampoo, or hair dryer was provided. They didn’t give us the booking details and handed us an extra room with fewer amenities. The second room’s bathroom wasn’t private. Clearly, they weren’t prepared for us. We were given two unclean rooms with unclean items, and we only wanted a few hours of sleep before leaving at 2 am, but they stole two hours of our rest by scrambling to fix everything at the last minute.
