“I would recommend - decent value for the money”

Very clean and quiet, and I liked the kiosk for check‑in and check‑out. It is Ipswich SD so not a lot of food options; it would have been nice to have a table or desk in the room – maybe other room types have them? I would stay again here regardless.

“Very frustrated with the impersonal entry process, but ended up being a decent place to stay”

Very comfortable bed, decent shower, good wifi. Food and juices were available all evening in the breakfast area. The environment felt very sterile. The front desk is unmanned, so all check‑in is done using a kiosk at the front door. Booking says “Pay at the property,” but the motel requires prepayment a day early, probably because of the automated entry. Guests who buy the room with breakfast stay in the main building, guests who don’t buy the breakfast option stay in a building about 2 blocks away. No additional food is offered for breakfast, just the same items that were available in the evening, which was okay but odd. All in all, a very impersonal, mechanized approach to hospitality.

It’s like new and shiny clean every week I stay. One of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in outside of 4‑star hotels. No front desk person or access to oven in the north motel.

“I have stayed here before and knew it was excellent and a good value and worth the drive from Aberdeen.”

I stayed at a newer property that was very clean and comfortable, offering good value. I’m a bit fussy, so I’d have liked a more neutral scent than the air freshener, but it was still acceptable.

“Great place in a small town.”

The new building was beautiful, and the room and bed were comfortable. There was no onsite staff and it was a little confusing to find the room in a different building. The room lacked a desk for work, and the bright outside lighting made it very bright, though it helped with security.
