While the hotel excelled in providing a satisfying morning meal and a prime location, it fell short in its internet connectivity and interior decor.

The hotel offered a comfortable living space, with a satisfactory bed and well-appointed bathroom, but unfortunately, the pool area was somewhat overshadowed by the lack of sunlight, and guests were left to their own devices when it came to personal hygiene essentials.

Unfortunately, the hotel's breakfast was subpar, and the policy of charging guests upon arrival created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the room's amenities were not functioning properly, and the staff's behavior was unhelpful and unfriendly.

The hotel's tranquil atmosphere was a welcome respite, situated in a prime area with an array of convenient facilities, although the accommodations themselves were somewhat limited in space.

Our stay at the hotel was characterized by an exceptional atmosphere, with impeccable cleanliness, serene surroundings, and warm hospitality from the staff. The hotel's strategic location allowed us to easily access popular attractions such as Park Ibirapuera and the Biennial.
