The hosts were fantastic! Getting from the train station to the apartment was smooth, Hugo gave us check‑in tips, spots worth seeing, restaurants, and more. The room was spacious and comfy, and the common area was nicely arranged :)

The location and the attentiveness of Hugo and Gabrielle were amazing; I’d highly recommend it to anyone heading to Florence. Everything was close by, and whenever we had questions Hugo pointed us to places to visit and eat. Thanks for everything 🤩

The staff were wonderful.

Everything was great: the apartment owner welcomed us, explained everything, and gave restaurant recommendations. I’d recommend it to everyone! On the downside, there were a lot of diffusers and I’m highly sensitive to perfume.

The location was good, and the electric kettle, fridge, and freezer were handy. The shower and toilet were extremely small.
