Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta West/Lithia Springs

The room was very spacious, the staff were nice, and the shower felt amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was that my room key wasn’t working after hours to get in and out of the hotel, but that’s it.

“Would not return”

Breakfast was good, but the HVAC in the room was very loud and kept us from sleeping; we reported it the next morning. The neighbor in 616 was also very noisy from about 10 pm to midnight.

“Staff great, bedding needs to be updated.”

The staff were very nice, yet there were small tears in the bedding and a small stain on them.

“Breakfast not included”

I loved how close it was to Six Flags and the facility was clean, but breakfast was NOT included for real. I specifically asked the staff member Kasey whether breakfast was included when we checked in; he barely answered but shook his head, giving no explanation. The next day we were told that only a continental breakfast—bagels, cereal, muffins, and yogurt—was free, and we had to pay if we wanted hot food like waffles, breakfast meats, etc. This was extremely disappointing for my family because we were heading to Six Flags afterward and were looking forward to breakfast before we went. They should specifically make the continental breakfast free so people know what they get; that was the ultimate disappointment. If you like hotels that serve hot breakfast, don’t choose this place.
