I appreciated the calm atmosphere and all the services, like the free 2‑hour spa each day, themed dinners, and the staff fixing the room in the afternoon without being asked; the buffet was small but offered variety and quality. Some distances were a bit long, such as going to the gym or the spa.

The food was good even though the buffet was small. The staff were unfriendly, the cards never worked, so we paid for two nights and had no option to dine à la carte (they told us the restaurant was full for both nights).

“Recomendable”

The staff treated us well at all times and were very attentive at the buffet. Minor issues, like lack of maintenance—some shower taps and the Velcro on the hammock pillows—made the room air insufficient at times, but nothing that couldn’t be improved.

The food was amazing; I think it’s the best I’ve had in a hotel. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The snack bar at the Royal Level could offer more variety or more interesting items.
