The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making us feel truly at home; every request we made was gladly fulfilled, and their care was simply wonderful♥️♥️. No negatives at all.

The restaurant staff and reception were friendly, but because the room, breakfast, and reception were on separate locations, the hotel felt a bit lost. It’s more like an Airbnb with breakfast service.

The concept was intriguing and made us feel relaxed, almost like staying in a vacation house. Room 403 was roomy, and the large garden and half‑open bath added to the open‑space feel. The restaurant was nice, the staff tentative, and the food good. However, there was very little light, especially at the beds, which was an issue mainly for us seniors; it should be improved. We had a lot of luggage for our 4‑night, 5‑day trip and noticed a lack of drawers for clothes and other items.

The front desk and breakfast staff were very kind, and even during the typhoon they checked on us beforehand, which we really appreciated; the cleaning was thorough and the space lovely. Still, the soundproofing was weak despite being warned, and although earplugs were offered we weren’t used to them, so noise kept us awake. The mattress was a bit soft, so we had to shift around, which was uncomfortable for our tall, back‑pain‑prone bodies – both issues we had anticipated but only noticed after staying.

This hotel is really intriguing, with rooms spread across the city and all within walking distance, plus decent amenities and a great loft vibe—though there’s no toilet in the loft. It’s clean, quiet, and offers plenty of privacy. The only downside is the low ceiling, which means you have to duck and stoop to get around.
