Great spot for visiting Agrigento, with free street parking available. The balcony view is lovely! The host is friendly and responsive. The rooms are poorly sound‑proofed, so you hear everything happening outside the door.

The property is just a few steps from the centre, and the host is very friendly and always ready to help, even if you just want to chat in the evening. The walls are well insulated, so you only hear other guests through the door occasionally, and the main street is also nicely insulated—normal cars or scooters are not audible unless they’re tuned, in which case you can still hear them.

“Malgré la bonne volonté du propriétaire il y a des points à améliorer”

The location is great, but the owner wasn’t there to welcome us. The bedroom blinds were left open by 30 cm, making it impossible to close them for the night. The Wi‑Fi signal didn’t reach the room, the bathroom lacked shelves, there was no bedside table or desk, and the mattress had no mattress protector. As for parking, you’d have to hope to find a street spot.
