The worst part was that the address was displayed differently, making it hard to find. Hanoi has many maze-like alleys like Paris, so I lost my sense of direction. The shower had comfortable water, but the kitchen sink faucet didn’t work. Otherwise, it was a modern, livable place.

The room was clean. I felt safe and comfortable once I entered, even though the location was hidden in an alley and might take a while to find at night.

The room was quite pleasant and complete. However, there was a chandelier that stayed on as a nightlight all night with six bulbs that couldn’t be turned off! It would be good to have a blackout fabric on the glass entrance door so the hallway light doesn’t show through. The bathroom was functional but not spotless, with old toothbrushes left behind. It was a bit complicated to pay because we had an appointment with the owner at 10:30 am, but they didn’t arrive until 4 pm. Luckily I was there.

I liked the location, but they swapped my apartment the day before and I preferred the other one.
