“This is a scam. Photos are not the reality”

The location and breakfast were fine. The view from most rooms is disappointing—either buildings or a noisy pool. Only two tables in the restaurant offer a good view. It’s very expensive for a pet, neighbors are noisy, the gym feels like a cave, most rooms lack an elevator, staff ignore you, and parking is a mess.

“Good relaxing stay”

The location is amazing, the staff are nice, the hotel feels super relaxing and very quiet. Some things are old and not working, like the waterfall pool, but that didn’t bother us. Of course a few upgrades would help, even though the hotel has an old‑school style.

“un breve soggiorno di relax immersi nella natura e nella pace”

The property is well‑maintained, the restaurant is very good, and the staff are kind and helpful. The pool is nice and the location is great. I didn’t find anything I disliked, but if I had to suggest something, I’d refresh the bathrooms and replace those somewhat obsolete hair dryers.
