The staff were super friendly and fulfilled all my requests; the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The building is old with poor insulation—everything from outside can be heard, even wind sneaking through gaps. The room I booked wasn’t available the first night, but after complaining I received the correct room.

I would have preferred the property to charge the total stay amount on the credit card held as guarantee.

The location was fine, but the room smelled like cigarettes, was clean yet not very pleasant, though it was only one night. The staff were very friendly.

The location is unbeatable, right on the pier where all tours depart, the food served is good, but the best part is the staff’s attention—excellent at all times! The hotel is good and the balcony views are beautiful! I recommend it for a great stay.

The location and restaurant here are perfect - the meals were all excellent, from dinner to breakfast and lunch - but I think they could put a bit more effort into cleaning the common areas, like the elevator and floors.
