The location is perfect for watching the sunset, and because it’s close to the airport, even early‑morning flights didn’t feel stressful. The water park offers three sliders, a big bucket, and plenty of other fun, so we didn’t get bored. A taxi takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center, where shopping and dining options are plentiful. The pool area with child‑restricted zones is large and can get tiring; we had a beach seat reserved for dinner, but regular guests slipped between the seats and the beach, so we couldn’t see the sunset while seated. The restaurant area should be regulated more, perhaps by creating a dedicated space for diners.

“far too expensive for what it currently offers”

The rooms were definitely the highlight: immaculate, comfortable, and well maintained, with friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff throughout. We enjoyed the Chinese restaurant and had some very good meals there. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety, though nothing special. The marina, right on the property, was a major advantage for our island‑hopping trip and the main reason we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the overall facilities were a major disappointment for the price we paid. The hotel feels old, with many areas clearly needing renovation and better maintenance. The swimming pools looked worn, and the children’s play areas and games were also deteriorated. For a hotel at this price range, we expected a much better‑maintained resort experience. While the rooms, staff, restaurants, and marina were positives, the hotel was far too expensive for what it currently offers.

“Don’t recommend this hotel. Very expensive for what it is. Staff is not welcoming. Facilities are old fashioned”

The staff was terrible – they woke up my baby by calling the room at 8.30pm to collect a deposit they had forgotten to take, and the check‑in took an extremely long time.

“exceptionnel”

The staff were outstanding, especially Youcef the manager who went above and beyond for us and was very accommodating with my kids and all the family‑friendly suggestions. Everything met our expectations – I recommend it without hesitation. The price was a bit high.

The room was clean. The buggy was not always available or on time, and on the third day at breakfast nobody offered baby cutlery, though the waitress on the second day was very kind.
