“Never again”

The hotel’s close proximity to the airport was a plus, but the traffic noise was intense, the bathroom had black mold and a peeling ceiling, the power outlet beside the bed crackled and smelled like burning, the ceiling trim was loose and the light was barely hanging on, the duvet was full of holes and the fleece was coming off, the plastic toilet cladding had detached and was leaning against the wall, and all of this was shocking given the price was just under $200.

“Older style motel. Was pleasantly surprised to find the interior had been updated and refurbished.”

The location was close to the airport, the key code entry and self‑check‑in were convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large, but not every room had its own parking bay.

“Faulty Shower Hose - Known Issue Not Fixed”

Nothing - Not worth your money and the air conditioner had bad odour coming out of the vents. Location is the only great thing if going to the airport. The faulty shower hose was known to staff before we arrived. The Head Housekeeper just tightened the tap with a spanner which did not fix it, and then acted like we should have told her. Very poor maintenance and dismissive attitude

“Will never stay again.”

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was convenient, yet parking had to be on the street, no bath towels were supplied, the bedspread was dirty, and my messages about missing towels went unanswered.

The motel’s clean room was its only bright spot, yet the overall look was run‑down and neglected.
