There is parking, the décor feels upscale and courteous, and the central location means everything is within walking distance. However, the twin‑room’s bathroom door was broken; it was tolerable for my family but would be unacceptable for a group of friends.

The hotel is close to eateries and right next to a park, which made my workouts very convenient.

The property sits right in the city centre with plenty of nearby amenities and even allows low‑odor food into the rooms. Unfortunately, the sun‑facing room had an air‑conditioner that only cooled a corner even at 18 °C, insects and small reptiles like lizards and beetles were present, the front desk was indifferent when I checked out despite my earlier complaint about a durian smell from another guest, the bathroom fixtures for soap and hand‑wash were misplaced, and the full name “Best Of Best” doesn’t really match the experience.

“(I had a) Rude receptionist to this brilliant Trumpian palace”

OTT hotel, gaudy Trumpian fictures & fittings, circular bed! Rooftop bars. The only receptionist in Vietnam who never smiles. Demanded to see me give a 5 star review before I'd seen the room just to get early checkin. Not impressed. Otherwise hotel great
