It’s a very good affordable place to stay, with good facilities and a clean environment. There was intermittent noise in our room that sounded like dripping, disturbing sleep throughout the day and night. I used earplugs, but my friend didn’t. Aside from that, it would have been great.

The apartment is poorly maintained and the rooms are not clean.

The location and parking right outside the door are positives. The room is small, offers little space for belongings, and the toilet doesn’t smell fresh.

Having the kitchen for ourselves was a plus, unlike some rooms that required sharing. It could be cleaner. The lack of personal interaction with the owner, even though the service is correct and efficient, is handled through messages.
